A: We offer a variety of self-healing products, including journals, candles, and much more.

 A: Due to the handmade and digital nature of our products, all sales are final. That said, we glow with integrity—so if there’s a legit issue with your order (damaged item, wrong shipment), contact us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll make it right. 

 A: We currently process orders within 2-4 business days for room sprays and journals. Candle orders can take 7 business days before shipping. Shipping times vary by location, but domestic orders usually arrive within 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. 

 A: Each candle is made to order, it needs 5–7 days to fully cure — that’s how we ensure your scent is strong, balanced, and ready to glow beautifully once it arrives to you.

 A: If you're in Charlotte, NC—hey neighbor!—yes, we do offer limited local pickups. Just choose the option at checkout when available.
