Refund & Shipping Policy

All sales are final!

Because our products are handmade, customized, or digital, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a major issue, we’re here to fix it.


To report a problem:

  • Contact us at ebony@glococollective.com within 5 days of delivery.
     
  • Include your order number, a brief explanation, and a photo if applicable.
     

We’ll assess and either issue a replacement or a partial refund—at our discretion.


Note: Refunds won’t be issued for:

  • Buyer’s remorse
     
  • Incorrect address input
     
  • Digital product downloads

We pack every order with love, prayer, and bubble wrap!


Processing Time: 

 

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days.
     
  • During high-volume seasons (launches, holidays), allow extra time—we’ll keep you updated via email and IG.


Delivery Estimates: 


  • Standard Domestic Shipping (U.S.): 5–8 business days after processing
     
  • Local Delivery (Charlotte, NC): Available for select dates/times. You'll receive an email with pickup instructions.All local delivery orders are $5.00.
  • In-Person Pickup (Charlotte, NC): Northlake Mall


Shipping Carriers: 

 We primarily ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.


Delays & Lost Packages: 

 Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. But if your glow got lost in the  mail, let us know—we’ll do what we can to help.
